Cheraq went live in production, in English and Persian. Guides became bookable in August 2026.

Booking site + reel for a techno DJ
A booking site and press kit for an industrial techno DJ based in Budapest. An inquiry form promoters can finish in a minute, a CMS she edits herself, a logo that pulses to the kick when the sound is on, and a 30-second beat-synced reel to go with it.

TEHRAN, 2018 TO 2023
Five years of product, platform and analytics work. I have kept the numbers from that period on my resume, where you can ask me about them, rather than on a page where you cannot.
HF Company · a digital product studio · Tehran
I owned the product lifecycle across design, engineering and client delivery. I rebuilt the campaign dashboard with automated performance tracking after identifying manual reporting as the bottleneck, and I restructured the brief to launch approval flow so work reached clients faster.
Yektanet · an AdTech platform · Tehran
I owned the publisher side of an advertising platform. I replaced manual registration with a Telegram bot that took onboarding from days to hours, and I ran a programme of A/B tests on ad formats, targeting logic and calls to action.
Surenapharmed · a medical digital marketing agency · Tehran
I analysed CRM data to surface underperforming segments and restructure targeting. I ran competitive analysis across the product range and presented it at director level, which shaped what went on the roadmap.

My thesis studied 148 students and found that the more analytically someone thinks, the more they procrastinate. An analytical mind is not a defence against delay. I found that personally inconvenient.
